I work with a 26 year old male, who is always whining and complaining about some ache or pain he has. One night at work it was his knee, over and over and over (I am a 48 year old female that has endured childbirth and numerous aches and pains over the years myself)...anyway........it got so old hearing him I looked at him and said "You're a man, suck it up!).

okay. I can't believe I am answering this question but when I was a little girl there was this boy that lived down the street. He was such a bully and so spoiled. He would constantly make fun of my name and got all the other kids to start calling me this 'version' of my name that wasn't very nice. I put up with it for as long as I could, and then finally one day I had had enough and I said," I'm glad your parents are getting a divorce." I couldn't believe I said it! He didn't say anything, just got up and went home. I'm all grown up now and I see this person from time to time and we are very cordial to each other, but I am so sorry I said that to him. Even though he ended up punching me in the nose! What a little jerk he was but he really is pretty nice now.
