No.
He taught us how to Pray.
"Pray, then, in this way: Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen."
(Matthew 6:9-13)

Hello! First of all, God is a Triune being: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit! In the Lord's prayer (i.e. the one found in John 17... Jesus' High Priestly prayer), we see Jesus praying directly to God the Father. Jesus always did what He saw the Father doing, and though Jesus was on the earth... He kept up His love relationship with the Father by prayer. Often He would draw to Himself alone to pray, seek the Father's face, and have that special time of communing with Him! There were times when Jesus prayed aloud and the Father spoke back to Him and people heard the Father's reply! So when Jesus was praying in the garden, He was NOT praying to Himself or talking to Himself. No but rather He was communing with the Father. The prayer outline given by Jesus for the disciples is much different and has a different goal in mind. That prayer was for us to use to pray to God, while Jesus praying was to God His father directly. Hope this clears things up. :-)

When Jesus took on the body and mind of man, he prayed just as we pray because although he was still partly God, he was also disconnected from God. As to why the Lord had a specific prayer (the Lords Prayer), I personally believe that it was mentioned to set an example to us as to How to Pray...not necessarily that we repeat that specific prayer.

Good Point.
Almost EveryBody Thinks Jesus could do AnyThing. Jesus was GOD Almighty, but Jesus left All of HIS Glory (what makes HIM the Creator) in Heaven. Jesus came to Earth and was Born into a Man's (male) Body. HIS Body to Accomplish HIS Mission in. As a Man, Jesus had to Depend on the Father. Jesus had to get Orders from the Father and Jesus had to Pray to get the Power from the Father to Accomplish HIS Mission.
Jesus Prayed for Real. HE had to. HE was a Man. HE had to Stay in Contact (Prayer) with the Father in order to OverCome all Odds and Finish HIS Mission.
I will Tell you a Secret (No. 15-- I Think).
When a Human Being is sent from Heaven to be Born on the Earth his,her Spirit gets Messed Up (from what Adam did when he sinned) and the Body gets Messed Up (some more than Others).
Jesus did not have an Earthly Father--HIS Body HE walked in on the Earth wasn't Messed Up by Adams Sin (eat from the Tree).
Jesus's Spirit wasn't messed up Either, That comes from the Male Human Being Too.
EveryThing that was Messed Up by Adam (male) and Passed to Us did not Affect Jesus.
Jesus did not have an Earthly Father.
Jesus had a Head Start on HIS Mission.
Still, HE was Tempted on All Points and Passed Every Test, Jesus did not Sin.
Hope this Helps.

The Lord Jesus prayed to God. God doesn't talk to himself. Jesus taught us how to pray and Jesus when he was on earth prayed to God, that was the time in the bible that we saw that the Lord Jesus having a prayer to God.

In Genesis God said....Let US create man in OUR image. (He was talking to the rest of the trinity...Jesus and the Holy Ghost). So yes...He does talk to Himself!
Jesus prayed to his Father while on the earth. Just look at how he prayed in the Garden before He was crucified.
And Rico....NO he doesn't blaspheme and neither should we. It is a disgraceful thing to do! Would you ever consider saying
"Oh Osama damn it?"
We really dislike (hate...whatever) Osama and we wouldn't even defile his name like that so why do we do it to someone who gave his life (painfully, I might add) for us?
Side note: I am not trying to be high on my horse with this...I am just as prone as the next person to take the Lord's name in vain....but that doesn't mean that it isn't worth mentioning here.

God speaks to us through His word. Our prayers are our dialogue with Him. The Bible instucts us to "pray without ceasing." God doesn't talk to himself, but we human"beans" do a good job, the way we go around muttering, grumbling, and humming to ourselves. Prayer is adoration, confession, thankfulness, and supplication. I've had many answered.
