According to donate-blood.com, all blood donors must be at least 17 years of age, weigh more than 110 lbs., and be in good health.

Also, donation of blood is not for financial gain. Some organizations do pay for plasma.

But there are ways you can make money. If you are living with your parents or guardian see if they will sign for you to get a work permit. That will let you work at a local business like cleaning tables at a resteraunt, or helping in a local store, or working on the telephones maybe making reservations for a resort. Your state labor dept may have a special section for youth work opportunities. You can also look for neighbors who need babysitters, help with cleaning out their garage or with housework or yardwork. If you do a good job they will give you a good recommendation to others.
