I'm leaving for a hockey tourny April 13th, and chances are at the hotel we'll be swimming. I have a 2 piece, and not only am i going to be with an all guys team, but i want to feel confident enough to go with out a shirt and shorts over top of it.

Whats the best way to drop15-20 lbs before then. I weigh 145, I lost 8 lbs and now no matter what I do the scale wont budge.

And the 8 lbs i lost, you see no difference in the way i look. I play hockey 6 times a week, and try to get to the gym when I can (i recently twisted my ankle, so I haven't been too much gymming...and i probably should have been doing the hockey with it)

So whats the best and quickest way to help me lose the weight and lose some inches?

(f.y.i inches are 37-28-36)

hey if it makes you feel any better i have the exact same problem as you do. I weight the same you do and am shooting for 25 pounds. I lost 12 pounds in the past the only thing i did different was work out every other day and ate real small meals. This was for a class and working out was like a writte test, so with out me wanting i lost 12 pounds in one month and a half. The only thing now is that i have a full schedule and crave chocolate every day, and well for now im just hanging until i have time to go to hit the gym and eat right.

You're healthy and beautiful the way you are. What you need to do is treat yourself to a new swimsuit that flatters your figure the way it is. There are swimsuits for every body shape and type that can enhance your best features.

Look for one with panels that help hold everything in place, and patterns that draw attention to just the right areas, and away from others. Shop where you know the staff are experienced and knowledgeable about choosing flattering swimsuits.

You'll be strutting along the poolside with pride.

maybe try southbeach...It is unlikely you will lose that much and keep it off though. Think positive about your body. You are obviously strong and healthy. Focus on that---the guys will too! If you are really uncomfortable check out the new swimsuits that will enhance your bodyparts you like!
