Just any place that's low-key and can be taken to whatever level that the couple feels comfortable with. Any general hang-out place is good.

Me, being 15, have found a few good places. A night in your basement is nice for getting to know each other and.....you know (wink wink.....nudge nudge :-P)
Parks, mini golf, a restaurant, are all good places.
