Must be accepted for admission to the College (1 of scholarship term) wat is the meaning??

is it mean that we must register and pay the tuition first before applying the scholarship form??
then,how about if we dont get that scholarship?

This means that a college must have sent you an acceptance letter. You can't get scholarship unless you are already accepted into that college. This does not mean you have to pay tuition first, just send a copy of your acceptance letter.
