I really like this boy @ school who just turned 16yr.old
on January 29th.And I just turned 17 yrs. old on Feb.22nd.
Is it weird or it doesn't really matter?

It doesn't matter at all, depending on your age. With you two, it's fine.
But my last husband was 11 years younger than I am. When I was 17, he was only 6.

If you really truly like this boy then age should not matter. I had a girlfriend in high school who was two years older than I was. The age was never an issue. If your into the same things then go for it. Never regret your feelings if they are truly what you feel. Don't let your friends decide things for you. Make up your own mind and follow what you feel is right. Not what your friends think is right.

No whats the difference, my man and i are 11 years apart but we are also over 30 years old, I dated someone that was 1 year younger than me when i was your age no big deal

Well it doesn't really matter but yeah I dated someone 4 months younger and for those 4 months where I was 18teen and he was 17teen I was tripping LOL
Anyway if you date for a while it wont matter anymore!

It doesn't matter as long as he's mature enough for you. My husband's almost 2 yrs younger than me (37/35).

NOPE, not at all. Look at Ashton and Demi, He is like 15 years younger than her and they are happy. My boyfriend is a couple of months younger than me and we have been dating for 3 years. We have jokes at are only between us like I call him child and tell him to respct his elders and he calls me old. Once again there is nothing bad about it.

if the guy is the same grade then I think it's fine.
So unless you're going to feel like you're babysitting instead of dating you should go for it.
I've dated guys younger than me and I look back on it with complete regret...but the kid was a retarded douchebag stoner and I was too dumb to notice because my bf of over 3 years had just dumped me...rebound!

High school is way different than the "real" world. My boyfriend is 8 years younger than me. It shouldn't matter.
