So how do you get a polar bear, a panda bear and a koala bear in one place without using an airplane or a boat, while at the same time build a giant boat?

Oh, and you have a week to do this.

I suspect you are referring to the story of Noah and the ark...so will answer accordingly.

Noah did not gather all those animal species in the ark. He would have gathered the ones that lived in his particular neck of the woods per se. Keep in mind that because this was shortly (just a few generations after the creation), not all of the species known today would have even lived yet. In that day, the world to Noah was not a very big place. The Koala, panda and polar would not have likely been present on the earth as of that time. With the exception of the Panda which is not a bear at all, the other two (not sure even about the Koala) were the result of a mutation that took place at a later time due to the original bear type having moved into other enviornmental conditions. Keep in mind that not every single species of animal on earth today is a specific creation of God. Many species have "evolved" as the direct result of mutations, just as man has in this sense "evolved" because of his enviornment. This is not the theory of evolution however. This is just a simple mutation. It happens all the time but no "new" animals or men have ever come about.

Without going to the polar regions, China, or Australia, the best place to go would be a zoo where they all would be. But the giant boat...? You must be talking about Noah's Ark.

If you read correctly GOD brought the animals to Adam to name and to Noah to care.

GE 2:19 Now the LORD God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. 20 So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beasts of the field.

And you are trying to 'play games' with us, right? I happen to 'know' that the 'story of Noah's ark' is an 'allegorical tale' and is not to be 'taken' literally ... and I'd say that if I 'could' build an ark, I'd just hire 'spaceships' to get all of those animals to me 'in time' ...
