He is feeling the same way you are and he is too nervous.So always start with are you with someone.Then if he says no they ask would you like to be my boyfriend.That always works.Hope it works oput.Good Luck.Dont forget to set you clocks back.

you definitely should try asking him out... some guys can be really shy, and it is a little unfair that guys are expected to always make the first move

try and say something the confidence will make you even more attractive and it will make things easier on him and things should move along easily

Or, if that's too bold for your tastes, ask him if he likes you. There's no point in waiting it out if he does like you.
