I got a mineral body wrap about two weeks ago, it was for inch loss, not weight loss. My inches are still gone, and they said they would stay gone up to three months if I don't gain weight. So I'd say yes, but its not permanent.

I've never tried it but I heard that they only work because you are losing water weight, not actual fat. So hey!, if you need a few inches to fit into that sexy gown tonight and look extra spectacular, GO FOR IT but if you are going for a permanent weightloss, it is back to eating healthy and plenty of exercise.

I watched this on some TV show and they said that for roughly 24 hours you will lose inches, but that it is temporary.
