i am looking for airbag lawyer . i was involved auto accident that my car had 6 air bag did not work.
Please someone help me to sueing this manifacture.Iam sure this car has defect air bag or someone who knows that investcate defect airbag

I don't think you'll have much luck suing the manufacturer; they've got the high-priced attorneys on their side. They will probably claim that the design parameters of the airbag were all within limits and that several factors were not met in the accident. It will probably cost you more than you'll get as a settlement to pursue an action in Court. Most attorneys wouldn't even take the case as the manufacturers have a pretty air-tight case on their side.

You will need a lot of expert witnesses, a thorough investigation of the vehicle and doctor's reports and records to prove your injuries were directly caused by the failure of the airbags to deploy.

I've been told that airbags will only employ when the car is hit a certain way. But I'm probably wrong. Just something to check into before starting any lawsuits.
