he is a minuture dobermen and has been playful befor now she is very wobbly what should i do

Sounds like a vaccine reaction, possibly to the distemper vx. Can't really tell for sure, but the timing is just about right. You should take him to the vet soon, he may need a shot of steroids or antihistamine. Dobermans are prone to wobbler's syndrome, which is another possibility. That is a problem with the comformation of the vertebra causing problems with control in the legs. (You said small dobie, or is it a min pin?)

No way to tell without taking a good look at him. Take him to the vet asap, and good luck. I hope is nothing too bad.

IMMEDIATELY take it to a good vet! He could be having a reaction to the vaccinations. Sometimes, these reactions can be very serious. Or, he could be ill. He needs to be evaluated and treated.
