There is no point to anything other than what you decide to do with this one and only life that you will ever get.
Use it to your best advantage. Use it to the best advantage of your family and friends. If you have the ability, use it to benefit mankind as a whole.
Life on earth, in its many forms is all an accident, a coincidence. Nothing more. It could all be wiped out at any time if, for example, a large asteroid hits us. There is no paranormal entity out there that will save anyone.
You ask the question because humans have evolved into thinking life-forms and asking questions was part of that evolution.
I'm happy to see that you are asking questions. The quality of the answers could prove to be confusing. Ignore anything with the word god contained and you will be OK.

To discover what our "point" is. To figure out what we are supposed to do to make this planet we live on a better place. To discover what role we play in the lives of the 6 billion other people who share this third rock from the Sun with us. We are, of course, all connected to each other some how some way. We are all trying to figure out our niche in the world. And when we finally do whether that's on the first day of our life, or the last day of it, we than try to excel at it.
I don't think we ever truly get to see the whole picture, of what our "point" is supposed to be. But if we're lucky we see enough of it early in our life to act on it.
That's our point. IMHO.

Just live you life, try to be happy and try to create a better world.
Personally i think its just about working together to make things better. We might never figure out what the real point is.

To add another groove to the music of the spheres. You're singing in the chorus. If you live long enough and learn to sing a new song you get to sing lead.Refine and define and you'll give the world a treat.C'mon, we want your treats.

There is no universal point. Make up your own point. That's the point.

What's the point of what hon?
We're humans. I'm an atheist. I see us as getting one spin around this ball and I'm going to make the most of it.

In reference to your question, I was wondering the same thing. What are you trying to say? Or ask? What's the point?

To love and serve God; to love and serve one another. That's what it's all about. A life lived selfishly is not truly a life.
