If what you're saying is correct, then you need to see your doctor, just to find out if something's going on that shouldn't be. Exercise will help, and will certainly not hurt. If possible, walk 30 minutes a day. This is best done at a shopping mall.
Make 2 or 3 laps around the public area, for starters, and work up. DON'T FORGET THAT DOCTOR VISIT!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
