I'm looking for the rules on how to play this

I know of a pool game something like that. It's called Screw Your Neighbor. It's played by 3 people. You put the numbers 1, 2, and 3 on separate pieces of paper, put them in a cup. The players draw a number. 1 gets balls 1-5, 2 gets balls 6-10, 3 gets balls 11-15. 1 goes first, and as long as she makes a ball on the break, she may continue shooting, trying to knock out balls 6-15, her opponents balls. If she doesn't sink a ball, it becomes 2's turn to try to sink balls 1-5, and 11-15. If she misses, it becomes 3's turn to try to sink balls 1-10. Last one with a ball on the table wins! Fun game! Hope this helps!

You cannot "finish tied" in baseball. You would keep playing until either teamfinishes an inning with more runs than the opponent. If the game goes on for too long, the head umpire can call the game for time and the game will be resumed when both teams have an off day or during their next matchup.

Pea Pool Rules

Correct, it is called Kelly or Pea pool. Your best bet is to pick up a copy of the BCA rulebook. It's published every year and you should be able to find it in just about every major bookstore. I will also refer you to the BCA website, however I'm not positive that they have the rules for every game on the website. Incidentally, hats off to you for actually wanting to know the official rules. So many people just make it up themselves as they go along. Happy shooting. M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
