A lot of people that have non-stop food cravings are actually dehydrated. Are you drinking enough water? Do you drink power drinks on a regular basis (they dehydrate your body as well.)

Are you eating healthy foods from each food group? You might be having cravings because your body is not getting enough nutrients it needs.

Try eating veggies when you need to have some food.
If you need sweets try the 100 calorie pack of cookies.
You also migh want to try working out a few times a week.

get rid of all the unhealthy food. keep healthy ready to eat snacks like raw vegetables and yogurt available. then, if you eat, youre not hurting anything
