Yogurt Crunch
A crunchy and cool snack time treat consisting of your favorite granola bar mixed with toasted nuts in yogurt that is then topped with fresh strawberries.Ingredients:

• 6 cups vanilla yogurt
• 4 firm granola bars: any flavor, peanut butter, cinnamon, oats-n-honey
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts: walnuts, pecans or hazelnuts, toasted
• 1/2 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
Method:
Pour yogurt into a bowl. Add granola bars to a plastic food storage bag and crush. Add to yogurt along with nuts. Stir to combine all ingredients and transfer to cups. Top with strawberries and serve

Just so you know, I tried this yesterday, and it was awesome. I was bored with the apples and caramel dip, so i searched online for a while. Most places had things for toddlers, like, "ant on a log" where you spread peanut butter on celery sticks then sprinkle with raisons. I just wish i had written the source along with the recipe. SIGH.

Check out the Food Network site, has Lots of recipes, can be sorted by category etc. Are you wanting fast and easy or made from "scratch"? I also like the Better Homes and Garden site - bhg.com, it also has lots of recipe ideas.

Fresh fruit salad is nice and you could add yoghurt. How about making your own mini pizzas? You can choose healthy toppings like feta, capsicum, tomato, onion, garlic, leek, chicken, olives, pesto - any of these ingredients are yummy on pizza and just sprinkle a little cheese on the top.

fruit, steamed veggie, yogurt, string cheese, peanut butter and jelly are all good snacks.

It is good to eat healthy snacks between meals, that way you're not so hungry that you eat everything you can find at dinner.
