Weight Watchers, and programs like that, usually don't accept teens because teenagers - especially an active male - have different caloric & nutritional needs than there program is designed for.

I don't know what your deadline is for the weight to fall off, but the best way to do it is the old-fashion way. Increase the amount of calories you burn and decrease the amount of calories you consume each day.

Because your a teenager & still growing, you need to be careful & meet your nutritional needs to reach your maximum potential (mentally & physically). Teenagers who are overweight (or otherwise), are normally meeting their nutritional needs already - not because of the QUALITY of their diet, but because of the QUANTITY of food they consume. Think about it, if a serving of that bag of potato chips your eating contains 10% of your daily carbohydrate intake, eating 10 servings will get you all the carbohydrates you need (or should) consume in a day. Your just ALSO getting A LOT of salt, fat, and sugars at the same time!

The same is true for all nutrients.

Your best bet is to eat healthy!
Start out with veggies.
You can eat veggies anytime, and they are not bad for you.

try going to a place, like weight watchers, follow their rules.
YOU WILL GET RESULTS.

Start working out.
At first go only a few times a week.
But then progress to every other day or every day.

Remember, You dont need to starve yourself to lose weight.
Starving yourself will make you gain more weight.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

or you can also use the fruit and vegetable diet in which u only eat brocolli, celery and asparagus and fruits except for mangoes, avocadoes, melons and watermelons.......

or the liquid diet for breakfast milk or gatorade for lunch eat grilled chicken breast with olive oil and asparagus dont eat the skin... and for dinner milk or gatorade...... u can replace each lunch with fish like tuna except catfish.......

i have lost about 25 pounds since the last 2 weeks by using this diet but i exercised going to the gym everyday...... drink lots of water... that's all

I was never overweight
but currently (although people say im fine) im a little chubby
to get into shape for the summer, i go to the gym and bring my ipod it encourages you to run on the treadmill longer if u have a playlist of good songs u like that go for as long as u wanna run. or bring a friend and chat it up it works too
eat healthy but get lots of sleep and drink tons of water

results already!
