Basically they are both considered 'top of the line' trim levels.
The Eddie Bauer is a more aggressive, sportlke, outdoorsy, (almost masculine) style.
The Limited is a more cushy, plushy, luxurious, (almost feminine) style.

Both are also available in the new extended length (EL)

There are just smal differences in the options. For example an Eddie Bauer comes with a color-coded leather steering wheel while the Limited comes with a color-coded wood-grain steering wheel. For more slight differences check out the website below. It breaks it down by option for each model of Expedition.
