hey i live in ohio too!

but i heard someone say like 70%
i have no idea if thts right but thts wut someone said the other day
does it even sound right?

Ohio tint laws are the same as Virginia

5 inches / 50% Film on windshield
front windows has a legal limit of 50%
rear sides are 35%
back window is 35%

If tint is below 50% Mirrors on both sides are required.

Rule # 1 roll down both front windows as fast as you can if you are being stopped.. What upsets the police is that they can not see inside to see if there is anything dangerous to them. If asked why you rolled them down, you say that you wanted to be sure he could see everyone inside. P.S. Here in Calif. you can't tint the front windshield below 5" (I think) from the top.
