simple, either chart out the days programme or every night keep a system to write dairy and write the days deed with timing and see how much time you waste without doing anything and then utilise the hours which you fail you have wasted.

you could do what i do:
go to high school 8am-1pm, go to work 1:10pm -4:55pm, go to a local college 5pm-7pm, then go home and talk to friends on msn till 10, and do the same thing the next day, o yeah thats a nice way to get the most out of a 24 hour day

use it wisely like it is gold, however, dont rush as it will stress you out and life is too short to stress out, have fun, balance the whole 24 hours with fun, work and rest.
