I dont know abt anyone else here.. but I would like to say anyone who sends a child to a school social worker who makes ANY child shower in the locker rooms at school while her clothes were being washed is horrible! You might as well annouce it on the loud speaker to all her peers that she stinks. I cant IMAGEN what that poor child went thru. :( Why couldnt they talk to the mother instead?! GEEZE!
Anyway!! Teen Spirit makes people smell worse. Dove, Secret, or Degree is the way to go. No gels or sprays yuk.

She can use any deodorant. They make a brand aimed at teens called "Teen Spirit" but it's no different than any other brand. Just get a scent that is soft and preferably a white solid. They work far better than the gels or sprays.

My daughter uses Dove Powder Fresh or Soft And Dri in the pink bottle. Don't use Teen Spirit! It still makes them smell!

Why are you afraid? Is there a possibility of an allergic reaction? As a former teacher of grades 3, 4 and 5 I would like to say, "thank you" for addressing the issue. Sometimes the odor from the students was so offensive that I couldn't stand it. In one situation I actually sent a child to our school Social Worker who made the girl shower in the locker rooms while her clothes were being washed. Anyway, I know that SECRET always sent free samples to our 5th grade class for us to distribute to the girls. So, I'd say Secret.

I have an eleven year old and what i did was try different ones with her to see which one she actually liked best and she like secret for women the baby powder scent and the rain one. Don't feel like it is something wrong it is apart of her hormones starting to there thing. I understand that she is washing everyday but try it and maybe she will like that one or a different one.
