No. I change my beliefs to take into account the facts. If science disproves something I believe in, then the belief goes away and is replaced by a belief that is supported by the fact. I think most rational people would agree that's how it's done.

I don't see how that would be necessary. I don't know of anyone who alters facts to defend their hearing or any other human sense for that matter.
Faith is a sixth sense that combines something of intuition, sight, touch and hearing. The only way I might defend it is to be carefull of what I allow into my body and spirit.
Many people think belief and faith are the same. Faith for them deals with ideas to support, defend and propagate. Many think faith is a set of religious beliefs and practices they or others adhere to.
To me faith is a sense, an ability that I exercise that calls my hopes into existence.
I have no need to defend anything I must do for myself and must prove to my own satisfaction. All must exercise their own faith in relationship to life and to God, based on the revelation which God gives them.

There's a lot of things about the Christian religions that I quietly question and I'm not a religious person but was baptized and brought up Catholic. I can defend the Christian Judea principals mostly because I believe you should not steal, though shalt not kill sounds good to me, what's wrong with honor thy father and mother, and it's also good not to commit adultery or covet the neighbor's goods or wife. To me that's a hell of a lot better than do what ever the f*** you want or declare everyone who doesn't believe with you should be killed..

I defend my faith 100% and there is no need to falsify facts, they speak for themselves

No, never. I don't believe in lying, and I don't believe in falsifying facts. Why should I have to do that in order to defend my Faith? Not needed (I know so from person experiences so far).
Peace!

Let's make sure we have a good, clear, concise awareness of the difference between "facts" and "beliefs supported by evidence". Yes there is a difference.
Even if I am confronted with "facts" that counter my faith, my faith in God overrides my faith in "facts". Sure, it makes me stubborn, hard-headed, and "ignorant", but so be it. What have I to lose?

That is not honest. One can always wait before accepting someone elses charge until more evidence comes in. As the bible says THE PEOPLE PERISH FOR THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE

I don't have to. The facts support my faith. Just like poor science where manpulated results will be exposed, so will altered facts about God. The truth stand without my help.
