caffiene just doesn't cut it for me anymore.. it actually makes me more sleepy. and i Really need to stay awake to finish homework and things i Have to get done. are there any high-energy foods or anything you know of that can help you have more energy and stay awake longer..??! thanks to all who answer.

have a spoonful of honey every hour!!! it works...honey is naturally sweet and good for you! you will have the most energy possible! hope this helps, my AP BIO teacher recommended it!

Well high sugar foods aren't healthy but they work. When i was younger i ate like 2 or 3 brownies with soda and i was up to like 2 in the morning. Mountain dew works also. Lastly, try to keep a balanced scheldule so you can hit the sack earlier. Cya hope i helped!

a well balanced diet is the key. No candy or caffiene. Fruits, vegetables and meat. You might try a multivitamin. Maybe your body is telling you something. Try green tea. It will rid your body of toxins that make you tired.

Apples are suppose to work better than caffiene. They are also a lot more healthy. Fresh, cool, air and cold water is good too.

well apples are good to have and if u need to stay awake for something try getting some cold water and putting it behind ur ears, it really works for me. Hope I Helped!!!

RED BULL gives you wings!!!haha jk but u should juss go to bed earlier than usual if u r busy set up an electronic organizer to use...or a planner.

get more sleep, eat a balanced diet, and get some exercise. you'll be more awake, have more energy, and be more efficient overall. you wouldn't believe it but it works.
