How do I change my font and language to something else?

If you are on Windows XP, you can go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Language > Details and select Simplified Chinese, for example, to add to your input languages. Then on your lower Windows bar you will see a language icon ("En") and can click on that to change the input language in whatever application you are using. There are basic Chinese fonts included in XP, and you can download others from the Internet if needed. You select the font that you want as you would in Word, etc.
