The dogma is that it was all a setup. The Law was permanent until Jesus came along to "free" mankind. Of course you're technically right; but Christians got tired of that original set of arbitrary conventions and decided to develop their own.

I think that Jesus never rebuked the Commandments, in fact he actually said to follow them in Matthew 19:18. I think what many people tend to take out of context is the fact that the commandments were impossible keep. Jesus teaches and I have learned that the commandments are there to remind us that we sin every single day and that we will never be perfect. If anything they show us how much we need a Savior, Jesus. If there is an instance in the New Testament where Jesus says the commandments are wrong and do not follow them then please show me, but to my knowledge I don't believe there is an example.

"Do not think that I've come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I have not come to destroy, but to fulfill. For truly I say to you, till heaven and earth pass, not a dotting of an "i" or the crossing of a "t" will pass from the law, TILL ALL BE FULFILLED. Whosoever therefore shall break even the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 5:17-19)
What part of Jesus' word don't you understand?

You have changed the words on the verse of Deuteronomy Chap 4 verse 2. That should be.....................keep the commandments of thy Lord, thy God which I commanded you. ( there is no Yaweh on that verse) Numbers Chap l5 verse 15 was also changed by you, then you blamed Jesus to have not understood it. It is you who did not understand what you are reading. Ask forgiveness to God for throwing the blame on Him. You pretennd to know more than God and Jesus.

Moses Commands Obedience
1“Now, O Israel, listen to the statutes and the judgments which I teach you to observe, that you may live, and go in and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers is giving you. 2You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you. 3Your eyes have seen what the Lord did at Baal Peor; for the Lord your God has destroyed from among you all the men who followed Baal of Peor. 4But you who held fast to the Lord your God are alive today, every one of you. 5“Surely I have taught you statutes and judgments, just as the Lord my God commanded me, that you should act according to them in the land which you go to possess.
Took things a little out of context to try to prove your point didn't you? Moses is speaking to the Israelites headed to the Promise Land and nobody else.

Actually, i think he did get it. See sources.
The Christians like to define away the words "fulfil" and "all is accomplished" to weasel out of the Mosaic law. But what do they think
- "I have come not to abolish" and
- "until heaven and earth pass away" and
- "Therefore, whoever breaks[1] one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven"
are supposed to mean?
[1] Other translations read "annuls," "does not obey," "ignores," "may loose," "reject," "relaxes," "sets aside," or "shall do away with."

Jesus did get the memo....Man just change the law to what they want to hear. People jus need to read the bible for themselves instead of taking other people word. John 15:10 say he keep all he's father commandants.
