Of course we do not.
This can only be re-instituted once we have rebuilt the Temple in Jerusalem. But the Muslim terrorists presently control the Temple Mount, even though Israel won the Six Day War.
So that for the present time the Jewish People cannot perform sacrifices.
And just to anticipate any other remarks, this has nothing to do with Jesus in any manner.

I'm going to have break with the crowd. Many are almost right, but not quite. The people saying that the answer is no, because of the Temple's destruction are almost right, but a little wrong.
It is not necessary for the Temple building to be standing for the sacrifices to be offered; it is only necessary to offer them on the Temple Mount. Ezrah the Scribe, for whom the biblical book of Esrah is named, offered sacrifices on the Temple mount when the first temple was still destroyed and the second was not yet built. Also, after the destruction of the Temple, there was a brief period where sacrifices were resumed on the Temple mount during the 3 year reign of Bar Khokba.
The reason we cannot offer them on the Temple mount now is because in order to do so one must be in a state of ritual purity to both go onto the Temple mount and to offer a sacrifice. This requires an immersion in a spring or pool that has ashes from a completely red heifer in it. (Numbers 19) We no longer have those ashes.
The disapearence of these ashes was part of the same punishment from G-d that included the Romans destroying the Temple and banishing the Jewish people from the Holyland, hence the confusion above.
In the meantime, the prophet Hoshea instructed us to use prayer rather than sacrifices until we could reinstate them, ""Forgive all our sins and receive us graciously, because we offer the sacrifices of our lips rather than bulls." (Hoshea 14:2)
Hope that helps.

I think it's essentially stopped even at the highest levels, but not because it has been in any way condemned, the religion still allows for it. And in fact there is a breeding program to breed a perfect calf or something for when the temple is rebuilt in Jerusalem or some such nonsense. I'm not Jewish so I don't know all the details nor do I care,it's all a load anyway but I'm sure somewhere out there are some Jews that could tell you more.

No. Jews do not offer animal sacrifices today. Jesus gave Himself as a willing sacrifice on the cross and shed his blood
for all mankind's sin. His was the perfect sacrifice and there is no more need for animal sacrifice. He died so that we may live forever if we accept His sacrifice. He will forgive all our sins and fill us with Holy Spirit. We can know for sure we have a home in Heaven. The Jews in Israel are preparing now to be able to offer sacrifices later on. I read this and heard it on TV.

OK, I don't know anything about the Jewish religion, and the question sounds ridicoulous to me. The Jews aren't some sect or group, they are a religion interspersed all over the world. You can't stereotype like that.
I mean, I'm sure a Jewish person living next door to you in a metropolitan city isn't practicing animal sacrifices.
Maybe they do, in a corner of the world, in one particular area. It just depends on the environment you are in, not with your religion, because frankly, most holy books don't outline how to kill an animal as sacrifice in their pages.

All sacrifices had to be done in the Temple. When the 2nd Temple was destroyed in 70 CE, sacrifice was replaced by prayer.

No, they don't do that anymore. In the Old Testament God requested the Jews to sacrifice a lamb, to show their belief in him. It is actually symbolic, and not actually literal. The Jews haven't done this since the New Testament, when Jesus changed the water (the old testament) to wine (the new testament). Which means that the old laws were changed, since the Jews, and the Gentiles now had a savior. Before Jesus was born they didn't have a savior, so a lamb represented Jesus, who actually is the Lamb, symbolically.
