My fiance is 10 years older than me. He is amazing and we are mentally on the same level (since men mature so much slower lol)

It depends on how old you are right now. If you are under 18 and are intersted in lets say a 21 year old then no. you should not be dating. If you are over 18 and he is 21 then I would say okay, but, be careful legal drinking age is 21 and 18 is not so that opens another can of worms. If you are over 21, then your judgement should be used in choosing who you want to date. but more than 10 years, watch out for major differences in likes and dislikes. Do what you want. Thats what it boils down to.

There is no problem with dating others older then you as long as you are 18. But it is not okay to date someone who can't spell the word "people"

depends on how old you are... if you are under 17 and he is older and you have sex that is illegal. if you are just dating and you are really young and he is extremely old man old enough to be your dad or grandpa then that is pretty much sick and wrong.. but if he's just several years older.. i don't see the harm. as long as he's not using you for your body or anything due to that fact. age shouldn't matter when you are in love.

Um, yes. If you're a girl, usually you look for a guy that's older than you. If you're a guy, you look for a girl a little younger.
I really do think there's such a thing as a guy being TOO old for you, though.
So, feel it out.

I would check with your parents first, though.
And don't do anything that might get you into a lot of trouble.. especially if the 'rents didn't approve.

i think its ok to date guys who are older than you. well take me for example i do like guys who are much older than i am mainly because of their maturity level. once your nt being taken advantage of and your totally comfortable then its ok. be careful thou u dont want to throw it off balance eg: your 19 and he's 45

depends on the age of both parties..... are they of legal ages ?? are they both mature enough to KNOW and have the wisdom to deal with each other?? A lot depends on all the IFS of the situation.......... God bless
