My arabian mare died at the age of 23 on January 23rd, 2007. Since then, the number surrounds me, and my life seems to be pretty much hell since it happened. It has been so hard, and I don't know that I believe in all this stuff, but I'm curious enough to ask. The movie 23 came out, and I catch 23 on clocks, timers, ANYTHING constantly......any light shed would be greatly appreciated, just to take into consideration. Thanks!

ok first of all, I'm not effing crazy. I don't believe in tarot cards or zombies or pyschics. Thanks to the ONE person who acknowledged that yes, I went through a very painful loss. To all of you assholes out there who think its funny, take your words somewhere else. That beautiful horse meant absolutely everything to me, and I've been going through a lot of losses and a lot of stress. I'm just a normal teenager looking for answers as to why this had to happen. And no, I haven't seen the movie 23 and yes they are coincidences. I was just hoping for maybe some ideas in how to deal with all of this, and maybe some postive responses. So **** all the bastards who think this is funny, because you are cruel. Especially the one who stated that I was going to hell. Thanks for being so nice, and making me feel so great about having to make the choice of putting down the most important part of my life. God bless those souls who really care.

Well honestly i think you have been threw many losses and your paranoid of all that has happened to you maybe your Traumatized you need to relax and stop looking for what is not there any more im sorry for the losses. You just need to take a break and have a good time forget what happened i know it's easy 2 say but hard 2 do but at least try. Life goes on don't come back to the past God is with you don't believe in any thing go find god he is searching 4 you. It seems to surround you because you are LOOKING for it. If you were obsessed with fudge ripple ice cream, you would be noticing that and feeling surrounded by it every time you walk in a grocery store.

Sorry about your loss. I just recently read about this phenomenon, while reading about numerology. Maybe you could research some numerology. I am sorry I don't remember the author's name, but it was the Indian (as in India) astrologer who predicted that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie would break up in December 2007. The gist of it was that numbers mean certain things and if they keep popping up in your life, there is something you need to know. I didn't put a lot of thought into it, but it might give you some insight.

I just got back from watching this movie!
And really, it's just a coincidence. If you look hard enough, you'll see cooky patterns all over the place. Even I started noticing the number 23 after I got out of that movie. Heck, my sister's birthday even adds up to 23.

Numbers mean nothing, switch the calendar to Chinese or Jewish calendar and the 23 goes away.
You're looking for it now. If you concentrate and think about the number 58, 23, 12, 49, 42, etc. you'll see it all the time. Just ignore it.

I'm sorry to hear about your mare. That must be hard. It's difficult to lose a loved one, animal or human. Chances are you're seeing something that isn't really there just because you've been through a difficult time. Don't worry. I'm pretty sure it's just coincidence.

the same thing happens to me. every day i look at the clock at 9:11. I have no idea why. I am writing this at 11:23. Kinda freaky lol my total points right now are 223 haha this is kinda weird.

It relates back to the tragic experience in your life of seeing something close to you pass. So sub consciously you are cautious of the number 23 because of the distress you went through with your lose.

Don't watch too many movies and find a way to get a life. Even the movie was a load of crap,and not very good on top of that,which is a shame since Jim Carrey is one of my all time favorite actors.
