If the guy has the girls number, then he should most definetly call her first. A man should always make the first call. In my opinion men should do the calling, a real lady wants to be persued. Good Luck:)

A guy should call first. Guys like the chase. You chase him he will figure your ether Desprite or easy. (been there done that)
