The answer depends on what state you are living in, and where you got the ticket. In my state, California, if you get a ticket for underage drinking, in addition to other penalties, they will suspend a minor's driver's license (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU WERE DRIVING A CAR WHEN THEY CITED YOU. )It is an added penalty to discourage underage drinking at all. ) You have to check with your state to find out the penalties for underage drinking. The fact that it is your first offense, and you otherwise were a good student will be in your favor with the court and the prosecutor, so it won't be as bad as otherwise. Expect a significant fine, and probation, possibly a curfew, and at least a restriction on driving in some states.

in case you blew something, in spite of it grew to become right into a .01 or a .a million, then you certainly have been nevertheless rightfully ticketed for underage ingesting. For some motives, young infants think of that underage ingesting rules propose that they might desire to be legally intoxicated on the .08 point. i will permit you realize now which you do no longer. something a pair of .00 skill which you have been ingesting and which you're accountable of underage ingesting. I propose that in case you desire it off your checklist, the wonderful element you're able to do is purely plead accountable, do your community service, and then wait the three or 4 years or so till that's off your checklist. Pleading no longer accountable and attempting to weasel out of it no longer in straight forward terms shows your immaturity and absence of manhood, regardless of the undeniable fact that that's going to additionally postpone this and draw it out. additionally, i will assure you that Jake isn't in regulation enforcement. purely take a seem on the different solutions he has given under.

I don't think there would be much penalty if this was your first offense. Probably a "slap on the wrist" penalty, like a small monetary fine and/or community service hours.
