my neice 4 almost 5 yrs old went to an adult she trusted and told them that her mom and her moms b/f were sexually touching her and making her touch him. it went to court and they took my neice and put her if foster care instead of giving her to one of us family members then after 4months of this they decide that ther isnt enough evidence to prove that it happened so they are giving my niece back to her mom.. all i ever here is tell your kids if someone is touching them tell someone ect. well she did and look where it got her they dont believe her. no wonder so many people never say anything when this happens. i was a victim of this also and i never told until i was an adult and always felt bad that i didnt tell i though maybe if i had i could have saved someone else but now i am glad i never said anything because chances are i would have been called a liar too so now not only is my niece a victim of abuse and will be abused again by her own piece of crap mom but she is also a liar.

Look in the yellow pages under Hitman. If nothing there find a New York directory and look up the name Gotti. Someone should be able to hook you up free of charge! They need a good beat down!

this is a bad deal all around .But if you want to know where the problem is, it's with the D.H.S We have a case going on right now where the police raided my home on a story some ***** told so to get even for a dog inccodent!! Not a thing was found other than a broken ink pen and a scanner that was in a box in the garage, but this gave them reason to arrest and place our 5 kids in foster care till i get it dropped. heres the kicker, the oldest was born to my wife as a result of a rape when she was 13 yrs old. get this,... the dhs has a hearing coming up for the bio father to have a chaance to get temp. custody of our oldest girl who is,.... you guessed it 13 yrs old. Now tell me that we have a justice system that works. They are nothing but over schooled law grads that were given the keys to our freedoms and they have raped every american that goes in front of them. even traffic tickets. im sorry but you have now been introduced to the rightous protectors of the citizens of this free america!! now what kind of bullets do you need. its obvious that the majority of us have seen this by looking thru this yahoo answers and seeing the issues that are dicussed most. this i believe says 1 thing its time to clean house of all that side with the judiciary and put the constitution back into effect. it may be too late some say but ill be damned if these morons are taking my familly to the levels they are seemingly thinking they can. not if im still breathing will this **** play, nor should it be in your case. FIGHT, FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT 4 the future of yours and all of our kids now or never a bit extreme? if you ever thought to see a day when in this country these things would be, then you should know what time it is good luck sis I feel you I FEEL YOU I FEEL YOU!!!!!

Why do people blame child protective services? It's not their fault what happens in court. Court is lawyers and judges. These cases are hard to prove esp when it's the word of a lil girl over two adults. And don't get me started on some of these lawyers... :o)
My advice is to keep an eye on your niece and report anything suspicious. If they move, call the child protective services in the area they move to and let them know the situation. Talk with a lawyer to see what else can be done as far as gaining more evidence. I know it sucks and I wish you could do more but please don't give up on this poor baby girl. God bless.

If there is evidence of sexual abuse, then charges should be pressed. If it continues..then the county may be sued. If there is a shred of falsity, then that is what the courts picked up on. My prayers go out to you as well as your niece. If I expressed my true feelings on this matter...it could be a very negative influence on your future. "Put down the child and step away from the meth-lab..." What the $#%^ are people thinking these days?

it's really sad, you'd think child protective services would be better in this day and age - similar situation with my niece, they actually interviewed her in front of her father (the abuser), and decided there was no case, because of course she was scared to say the truth - the fact that he'd recently been in jail for beating up his mother and girlfriend had no bearing... I always said (as a child victim myself) that I would never allow it to happen to another, yet I am helpless! It's a terrible feeling.

The court will not just go ahead and give her to one of the family members; how in the world the court supposed to know what family member even wants to take care of her. Do you expect the judge go around from door to door and ask every one if they will take her? Of course not. When things like this happen, YOU have to go to court and start a custody battle. YOU have to hire an independent child psychologist to evaluate her statements to be used in court against her parents. YOU have to come to hearings, file motions, appeals, knock on every door, do whatever it takes to win CUSTODY. Have you, or any other family member, done any of that? Here you go.

Listen, if all you say it accurate, then the two adults involved have hopefully learned a lesson. Be there for you niece and always be vigilant about her safety. Pedophiles don't usually change their spots and may repeat the offense. However, your niece needs a strong adult she can trust and go to in difficult times, this should be you.

Put your fooot down, and go get her and tell the mom she is going to live with you. And dont change your mind or let the law manipulate you or that childs rights. I hope CPS got involved, well get them involved again. **** this....... you know in your heart the right thing to do to save that child from any further abuse, SO DO IT!
