No, not eating is a sign there is something wrong. Try feeding some different things to see if it has lost its appetite for everything or just the dog food you have been feeding it.
If you can not get the dog to eat, or you notice a weight loss or a halt in growth this is a HUGE sign something is wrong. Take it to the vet.

Dogs have taste preferences just like humans! Your puppy sounds like it would rather drink milk than eat his food! And, I might add-Aussies are pretty smart!-Sounds like he has you trained well. I would strongly suggest not letting him have anymore milk (Check his mouth and teeth for any problems 1st), and put his food down (at 3 months old should still be wetting food with a bit of warm water in case he is teething). When he is hungry enough, he'll eat. If he doesn't eat by end of 2nd day, then he may have a problem a vet needs to check out. But pretty sure he is just a little spoiled on the milk. He needs ALOT more nutrients than he can get from milk right now. Good Luck

It's time to find a new puppy food! :)
If you've been feeding him/her only dry, try mixing it with wet or try adding the new gravies by Iams over his/her puppy food. He may be needing some "wetness" to his food and/or flavor.
Ask your vet if it's ok to feed your puppy cow's milk (is that what he's drinking?) I'm not so sure that's a good idea; could cause food allergies, bloating, etc.

Not normal.... you need to try to get it to eat and stop drinking milk. Its body won't tolerate a straight milk diet for much longer. If it won't eat...take it to the vet just in case it might have a medical problem!

Why are you offering it milk? Give it only food, and it will eat it.
