Talk to your parents about this boy that you like. Maybe even ask your parents if he can come over and watch a movie with you (with them in the same room of course). Give your parents a chance to get to know him if they don't know him. No matter what, respect your parents decesion. Don't bug them if they tell you no way. They love you and care about you. They will always be there for you, boyfriends will not be.

well you should ask your mom and see what she thinks... in general I think it's fine. But go on a daytime date.... you could meet up in the afternoon and go to the movies and you'd be home before dinner... that way your parents won't be as worried and you could get to know him better... and if you still like him after a few weeks, I bet you'll be allowed to go on "real" dates with him... if you trust him and like him than your parents will too...
