I thought that if I deleted it and then I downloaded it i would be able to change the region again but when I deleted it I couldn't find it again.... Any reccomendations please?

No Worries. Here are TWO things you can do!
1. drag it out of your trash
2. go to apple.com and download
3.look in your applications folder and click on the applications that are older {i.e. i have applications then applications9.0} and take it out of there.

[good luck its happend to me so many time i've had an apple for the LONGEST time and im a teen :]

The Best Solution is Uninstall the Software and Restart the System and again Re-install it.. Try this its pure for sure and you will be enjoying ur DVD Movies Back...

...just go to add/install programs then do some changes by reinstalling the dvd player.
