NO - muscle growth, when they increase in size for strength (not stamina) is created by tearing some of the muscle tissue so more can fill in. If you take too much time off you will get more and more sore - you'll lock up. Take one day off only. Don't worry if you're a little weak next time - that's normal. And don't overdo it, but keep going. It's hard, especially when you start, but they don't say "no pain no gain" for nothing.

make a a million-a million answer of heat water and apple cyder vinegar, soak a small towel in it and wrap that around the hurting muscle tissues for 20 minutes--do this a pair of circumstances. Get some grapefruit juice and drink a glass a million/2 hour formerly you exercising back. The vinegar answer could decrease your point of discomfort and in case you drink grapefruit juice formerly you exercising next time you will no longer get all that discomfort. Grapefruit juice has properties that forestall lactic acid buildup in the muscle tissues--because of the fact the lactic acid is what hurts the muscle tissues. sturdy success

yes you should take a break! depending on how much you did, if your body is still sore you might have overworked your body. i am training for soccer and i pushed my body doing similar exercises and i took a break for a couple days. what i usually do is after awhile i start buliding up my body more and more. being sore is a good thing because it means your muscles are getting stronger and healthier (just as long as you dont push yourself) just take it easy and if you feel like you want to exercise then just do it for 20 minutes or even less, any exercise is beneficial. good luck :]

Did you stretch after your work out? This is most important for the lactic acid in your muscles causes the pain, when you stretch you release it and won't have the pain. Start with your exercise slowly tomorrow and stretch after.
