Jesus Christ decides who is written or blotted out of the book of life.
Philippians 4:3 - And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.
Revelation 3:5 - He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

All names are in there,but some are coming out. Your soul was written in there at the time you were created,in the first earth age. God never created anyone that He didn't want to excist forever. But it is your choice,fo5r this world,or age better stated is for 1 thing and 1 thing only. To make up yourt mind,whether you will love God or saqtan the choice is yours my friend.

The book belongs to God...it isn't a literal book ...but the angels are Gods messengers. They do his bidding and help his people. If God decides you are worthy to live forever you will ..if he feels you are not worthy you will be put to death forever.
