"Thus says the Lord: 'I will bring evil upon you out of your own house. I will take your wives (plural) while you live to see it, and will give them to your neighbor. He shall lie with your wives in broad daylight. You have done this deed in secret, but I will bring it about in the presence of all Israel, and with the sun looking down.'"
Then David said to Nathan, "I have sinned against the Lord." Nathan answered David: "The Lord on his part has forgiven your sin: you shall not die. But since you have utterly spurned the Lord by this deed, the child born to you must surely die." (The child dies seven days later.) 2 Samuel 12:11-14 NAB

"The glory of Israel will fly away like a bird, for your children will die at birth or perish in the womb or never even be conceived. Even if your children do survive to grow up, I will take them from you. It will be a terrible day when I turn away and leave you alone. I have watched Israel become as beautiful and pleasant as Tyre. But now Israel will bring out her children to be slaughtered." O LORD, what should I request for your people? I will ask for wombs that don't give birth and breasts that give no milk. The LORD says, "All their wickedness began at Gilgal; there I began to hate them. I will drive them from my land because of their evil actions. I will love them no more because all their leaders are rebels. The people of Israel are stricken. Their roots are dried up; they will bear no more fruit. And if they give birth, I will slaughter their beloved children." (Hosea 9:11-16 NLT)

Love has nothing to do with religion. People can find what they need - all those things that they think they're getting from God - right here on Earth, in this lifetime.

As long as people are not receiving the love, acceptance, and protection they need, they will cry out to an imaginary entity that, even if it did exist, would be nothing more than a deadbeat with a demented martyr for a son and a bunch of corrupt servants. It is actually a good thing that it doesn't exist, and that it's impossible to be loved by it, even after you die. What kind of toxic love would that be?

I would rather walk with a dog than walk with God. I know that the dog exists, and loves me. I don't have to wonder about it or take it on "faith". It's right there. Any claim that imagined love is more beneficial to human beings than real love is ludicrous.

Is this an actually question or a Bible reading session?

Why can't you Christians feel the Love that Faeries have given? Why can't you Christians feel the Love that Zeus has given?

It's the same thing.

No evidence of God = No God.

No God = No Love from God.

Therefore, according to the Transitive Property:

No evidence of God = No Love from God.

The end.

I find it hilarious that you believe in god and that you thing=k it absurd that others don't. Your little copy and paste scripture is nothing but illogical rubbish. And why can't I feel the love of god. Well, I have not been programmed as a follower of a hateful, illogical, irrational, and false prophecy. Religion preaches love and practices hate and ignorance. Of course, I think you know this. Nice play.

Um... I have no wives for him to take. Cause I'm a girl. And as of yet, no evil has cometh upon me. Oh yeah, and there is no god. Your little treatise makes god look like a total prick, not someone who loves unconditionally.

I am Christian, but I know the atheist viewpoint. It's not really all that hard to understand.

Think about it... if you did not believe God existed, then you certainly won't think that he loves you, now would you? It wouldn't be much different from me saying that the Easter bunny loves you. Since you do not believe he exists, you wouldn't care.

Why can't you Christians feel the love that Ra has given. Or why can't you Christians feel the love that those around you have given? I mean - we could go in circles with this. Scripture isn't going to change anyone's personal beliefs or non-belief. Sorry.

Well there is no proof that any deity actually exists. It is something that just cannot be empirically proved. Given that, I prefer to concentrate on humanity not some abstract, restrictive idea.

There is no love to feel since there is no God. Hey, you're a woman, right? Well according to Corinthians, you either need to ask your husband for permission to speak or you have to keep your mouth shut.

If you have no religion, you might as well go dig a hole and burry your self cause there is no point on living if you don't follow a religion.
You have nothing there to make you feel comfortable at times.
Remeber you don't have to believe in god to follow a religion, you can believe in spirits.
