Concorde grape juice is a great alternative if you are looking to keep the benefits of the wine. For taste, and I know how lovely it is to enjoy a nice steak with a nice red, it won't hurt to have just one glass of wine while you eat. (To enhance the flavour of course.) By the way, one glass of red wine a day is actually good for your heart. chears!

When I don't have a nice glass of dry red wine with my dinner I like fruit juices, preferably cranberry or grape or blend.

I find that I don't feel like much red wine, just a little. So I mix half/wine and half/lemonade. It tastes nice and you are reducing your intake. (It also works if you have a bottle of particularly distasteful red wine.)
