Hmm...if he really liked her so much he probably wouldn't have broken up with her in the first place. So, if the only reason he regrets his decision is because she has recently become very attractive, then he would be a very superficial guy. He might try to get back together with her, but it would only be for her body. The same problems would ensue that made them break up the first time and they would end up breaking up again. The guy would finally realize that the girl's beauty did not make up for her arrogance and that upon comparison to the other billions of people on this planet she was not indeed the "most gorgeous creature on earth" she asserted herself to be.

He'd feel like the fool who either lost her or...let her go! Of course, just because a person "looks HOT", doesn't mean you should be with that person. You two are Ex's for a reason, remember?

He's obviously forgotten her faults that caused him to break up in the first place. She may be turning on the "hotness" on purpose to make him feel bad and apparently it's working.

I'd say that what she's doing to tease you is working. She wants you to see what you're missing. And you do see. I don't think she wants anything but that. She's getting over you. She's probably thinking you're a dog. You know, I think she's right.
