A man was killed by a Dodge Dakota. He was outside of the vehicle, and it started to roll away. He chased the truck, got hit by it, fell into a coma and died. His employer owned the truck, and recieved 12 recall notices to fix the problem that caused the truck to roll away. He never had the truck repaired.

In your opinion, who was primarily at fault?

Vehicle owner is at fault. 12 notices, and they never brought it in. What is Chrysler supposed to do, personally track down every vehicle? What if it was already scrapped? It's a 92, by 2004 there's a good chance it would have already been in the junkyard. How many How many 1995 model year cars do you see on the road today? That's how many 92's you would have seen in 2004.

cuz Chrysler let the problem go for 8 years before issueing the recall and this was a 92 Dakota in 2004. By then you're just waiting for the vehicle to die not looking for a hassel at a dealership

you always go after the person with the bigger pockets. in this case its dodge.

but its the qowners fault for not complying with the recall notices. but in the end its up to a court of law to decide and after all justice is blind.

I say the man who put in reverse, not park. The courts say Chrysler Corp.
