I was dieting, really counting calories and did not lose one pound after the first week. I probably wasn't taking in 1,200 calories a day. No weight lose for 4 weeks straight.
I start back eating regular meals. Lots of fiber and whole grain and have lost 3 lbs in one week.
Okay somebody tell me what's up.

Dieting doesn't work but healthy eating does.
