ok well i am about 5'8 and i have huge love handles thighs and a sort of pudgy tummy how can i lose weight in a week or less ? i am desperate please help

black is always a slimming color. wear nice fitting jeans. and wear blouses that clutch at your waist.

well, you need much control and discipline when it comes to eating and exercise.
you can also drink water so there'll be less space for food in your stomach.

sprints target the tummy area but it'll take more than a couple sprints to lose those inches.

i read in howstuffworks.com that there's this new method called ear stapling which helps people lose weight

There is really no way you can lose alot of wieght in such little time, but you can wear clothes that "minimize" these areas. Check out the fashion mags like, at your grocery store they always have sections that show what can make your certain body type look nice, like what kind of pants look nice and shirts too.

sounds like me. dont go for the ultra low rise jeans. bad choice. wear jeans that cut from right under the belly button to maybe an inch lower. lose weight the healthy way. work out, each healthy. crash diets and other methods are unhealthy and only cause loss of water weight.

its not safe to loose weight so fast even though i agree i would love to loose like 20 lbs in a week lol. Weight watcher worked very well for me, but it gets boring! very boring! Exercise every day and eat healthy you wwill start to shed the pounds. and you will keep them off if you do it this way. some of these fad diets take off pounds fast but you will usualy gain what you lost and more back. good luck!

1. Wear black
2. avoid horizontal stripes, vertical stripes makes you look thinner
3.never wear something that stops at your thickst point, eg:if you have big thighs above the knee, wear longrer clothes, similarly, if its your tummy, avoid short tops

sprint it makes your body hold its breath and instead of burning oxygen it burns fat quickly. works well i went from size 8 to size 1 from doing this for 3 months. :)
