I have straight hair and what I do to get that look is easy..
when i get out of the shower i comb out my hair and then flip my head over and scrunch up with a hand full of gel.. i then flip my head back up and scrunch with some more gel.. i then go to my blow dryer and dry it a little.. then scrunch some more with hair spray.. then my look is complete!

Lots of gel or mousse will give you that 'crunchy look'. Let it dry on it's own, and don't brush it out, just comb through lightly. As for the 'wet look', Garnier Fructis makes a wet look gel. I've seen others, I think L'Oreal Studio Line is one.

Apply gel. Crunch. Let it sit for a couple of minutes then dry it while crunching. Then you've got the whole "wet" look down! I hope this helped. It's not too hard and great for days you don't feel like doing much!

well if you have a perm or curly hair:: this should work.
wash your hair and give it a little towl dry.
then use Redken Concrete Gel and scrunch it.
you're good to go!
over the day your hair will dry, but still have the wet/crunchy look to it.

Well, u have to have curly hair first of all and maybe if you have hair spray and gel ( hard crunch) start from the bottom and with your fingettip's scrunch it!

well put some gel in ur hair and that will work also ( hairspray)
