Yes. There are entities that seem to prey on those that are not of sound mind becoming a carnal entity. Infants and children are afflicted as well.

Instances of "possession" generally turn out to be a result of Dissociative Identity Disorder and represent the presense of persecutor alters who refer to themselves as demons or devils. They are not true demonic entities and are usually severely abused and wounded child alters who serve a purpose within the system and can be integrated and worked with in therapy, but treating DID is a specialty so be certain you seek treatment from someone very familiar with this disorder. It requires careful assessment and needs to be distinguished from delusions of possession and control which are psychotic symptoms and associated with a different mental illness.
