Most of those online companies selling drugs are not based in the united states. They are based in third world countries that do not have laws against selling category 1 & 2 drugs (such as valium). It is legal for them to sell it, but not for you to buy it, assuming you live in the states. Not to mention most of them are a rip off. If you have a prescription, go through your doctor, they have recommended legal mail order companies to go through, they will support your insurance, saving you a fortune, and you won't get in trouble with the law.

I had a guy saying he was in INdia offering to send me the valium from a warehouse he said is in Florida, and when i recieved and was happy with the valium i could then pay him...

A quick warning, all those companies offering drugs without a prescription are scams selling fake, often dangerous drugs.

I don't think it is legal actually but you are highly unlikely to get in trouble. They have more important things to go after in this country.

If not, don't bother - the Feds ARE cracking down on this and they will get you.

Yes, purchasing prescription drugs via the internet is illegal. You can get into big trouble.
