well obviously it would be much easier if they just came up to you and told you but wut do they do to "tell" you that they like you??

Well...
If he leans towards you when you talk, if his pupils dilate, if he gets nervous or his face gets red, if he talks to you the same volume you're talking to him, if when you look at him from across the room he smiles and looks away quickly, if he touches you when he talks to you, and if he actually listens to you when you talk and he slightly picks on you, it could mean he likes you. These are all little signs but...
...you'll never know for sure unless you ask him, his friends, you tell him and see how he feels, or he tells you...

It really all depends on the guy.
Everyone is different..
but.. pay attention to how the guy talks to you.. hand gestures, etc.
the way he looks at you, if he leans in a little when he talks to you... all sorts of stuff. Look up stuff on body language.. you can tell alot about a person just by that :D
also listen to the choice of words..
but..
if you dont feel like being secretive and like a detective to try and figure it out.
be point blank and ask :P
but make sure its in a way that you can still be comfortable with being friends if he doesnt..

every guy is different, some will be very flirtatious, some very shy around you, some will flat out tell you, some will be mean to you, some will give you significant looks and smiles, some will ask you on a date, some will randomly leave flowers on your doorstep (mind you I have had all of these happen to me so they are all true!)

well... if they come up to you and talk to you at all, then they like you! and if you don't show any signs or say anything that makes him think you're digging him, then he's going to give up and quit talking to you all together.

you can't usually...guys don't give out hints...they just pop the question(like ask for ur number)....guys do tell their friends if they like you though....umm if you like this guy...you have to do the work..cause he isn't moving towards you...aight..
