What should I do witht this girl i like?

ok, so i really like this girl in my STUDY HALL, and she is is a grade under me, (im a spophmore shes a freshmen)..i know a little bit about her, and i only talked with her online, b/c im am way too shy to talk to her in person. I really want to talk with her in person, but its hard for me, does anyone have any special techniques that work for talking to girls?? I am a really shy guy, but I don't want to be....what do i do???

The special technique is to have no special technique.

Talk to her, at first, in exactly the same way you would to an unattractive girl, or a boy, who you really liked as a person.
