Most republicans will tell you we spend more on welfare, for lazy black people. Two lies rolled into one. First we spend much more on military than welfare and education combined (and it shows with these dummies) and the fact of the matter is far more lazy whites are on welfare than blacks.
Its easier to just be an ignorant racist.

Can YOU believe how many MILLIONS of men feel you should cover you face, bear children, and NEVER leave the house becuse thats their idea of a good muslim girl? And that if you are NOT muslim, you should die or convert?
Can YOU believe that women are regularly sentenced to be whipped -- even after being raped -- becuase they went out without a relative or husband? That you girls are circusized with dirty knives at puberty?
You did you reading on the cost of war. Now do some on their culture.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling that nothing is worth war is much worse. He who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing he cares about more than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by better men than himself.
-- John GIllespie McGee
I'd rather fight a war on their turf than have to fight one on mine.

Figure this out. The military budget, approximately 308billion dollars per year only accounts for 20% of government spending. That amounts to only 20 cents out of every dollar goes to military spending. The rest goes to social welfare programs, and other government spending. So have you looked into what accounts for the other 80% of the spending? Members of the U.S. Military also pay taxes, so essentially military members contribute to their own pay check, as well as all the other federal social welfare, and government programs.

And one thing that money has purchased is your freedom to ask this sort of question without fear of arrest.
How much is your freedom worth?
