my boyfriend,tyler, well i think that he's cheating on me, but i don't know how to ask him if he is.i don't want him to think that i'm trying to boss him arond and stuff like that.please help!!!i'm despreat!!!!!

Ohhh Snap. I am GOOD AT THIS.
I have dealt with this many-a-time.
1. Round up all the guns and ammo you can find. (NOT LITTERALLY >_>) but what that means is ask all your TRUSTED friends to keep an eye on him. If you ask untrusted friends, they may go to him and then it leads to a huge mess.
2. Look for signs. (Hanging out less....for example.)
3. Be SUPER NICE to him. Not like enough to make him suspicious, but enough to make him love you even more.

You sound young and well if he is dodging you and is not returning calls and seems distant in the relationship it could be that he has another gal on the side. Maybe have a friend of yours he doesn't know follow him and see where he goes?
Consider getting some photos for some visual confermation of his two timing if that is what is going on.

All you have to say is, "Tyler I want us to be honest with you and..I do love you but sometimes it feels like you might have another girl in your life. Please dont get mad at me, but I just had to tell you because its been bothering me."

it really depends on the situation but if you want your relationship to last longer and without any doubt then confront him and ask him... don't be afraid, but tell it in a nice way and nice time...

look at his actions, it tells a lot. When he give you excuses e.g he said he is going to the library, tell him you wanted to go as wel to borrow some books. If he give you excuses, he might be. also see how he talk to you, is it gentle or harsh?

Usually if you have to ask this question, its true. But it depends on your and his situation. Is he disrespecting you and getting attitudes with you? Then more then likely yes he is. Just ask him.

if you think he is cheating on u...he probably is...just lose him for awhile and try to gain his trust back...idk..you have to confront him..
